It’s been since Easter 2025 that I last wrote here! Time moves differently when you’re living it rather than documenting it. Here we are, well the second month of a new year, and the world keeps turning with all its chaos and wonder intact.
I’m back at university pursuing a research degree, juggling several projects that demand everything I have to give. Last year I worked on books I can’t wait to share with you in the next post; stories that took shape while the world around us continued its bewildering dance between crisis and hope.
We’re living through times that test us. Wars persist, divisions deepen, and some days it feels like we’re all shouting into our separate voids. Yet somehow; and this never stops astonishing me, people keep choosing love. Keep showing up for each other. Keep building small bridges across impossible distances.
That’s the thing about the human spirit: it bends, it bruises, but it rarely breaks completely. We’re stubborn in our hope, ridiculous in our capacity to care even when caring hurts.

So here’s what I know: we make the world better by refusing to look away from each other. By writing honestly. By reading generously. By remembering that behind every screen, every page, every silence is someone trying their best to make sense of it all. By loving completely and if you’re a person of faith, by trusting God completely.
I’ve missed this space, and I’ve missed yours too. I’ll be reading through your posts soon; catching up on where your minds and hearts have wandered while I’ve been away.
Until the next post (which won’t take another nine months, I promise),
Stay curious. Stay kind.
Much love, always!💞😊
I do remember reader reading your last post.
Wow.
It was back in Easter 2025 you wrote your last post?
It doesn’t seem that long ago.
I’ve been telling people that the past year seems to have flown by so quickly.
I guess I’m correct at least as far as my own inclination of time is going.
Compliments of the season my friend, yeah, it’s been that long!
How are you doing? Hope 2026 has been great so far. I will be visiting your site shortly. The year is going by fast.
Take care of yourself and stay safe.😊🙏
